What does the AI office assistant cost?

$449 setup and $169 per month, billed in USD. 3-month minimum term, then month to month. An optional website in 72 hours costs 990 € one-time.

Will it send anything without my approval?

No. Individual approval is the default: quotes, posts and website changes go out only after your OK. Automation runs only if you explicitly authorise it.

Is phone answering included?

No. Phone answering is not included in the Office Assistant order. A separate bring-your-own-number setup may be reviewed on request, subject to compatibility and a written agreement. Provider number, minutes and AI usage costs are not included.

Do you guarantee first place on Google or mentions in ChatGPT?

No. Search engines and AI providers make their own decisions. We commit to what we deliver and measure with Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools and your Google profile statistics.

Are there any references?

We are a young business and only show client projects with written permission. There are no approved client references yet. Our own use (German) (in German) shows what we run ourselves and how we document results.
